Our Services

Each space is unique.  As such, scans are performed on an hourly basis. (i.e. scanning a 5,000SF warehouse will take significantly less time than scanning a 5,000SF office space).  In general, it takes 45 minutes to an hour to scan a 1500SF residence.  Minimum cost per scan is $200.  Clients are given shared access to the virtual model and can generate still frame renderings, label spaces, tag important features, etc.

For an additional fee, we can:

• Produce still frame renderings (2 per space) -->     $60.

• Generate a black and white PDF of floorplan -->   $50.

***Note that floorplans are accurate to 1" per scan.  Client should be aware of the accuracy required in floorplans prior to ordering, as Immersive-Imaging LLC is not a licensed surveyor, nor do we purport to be.  Floorplans are typically accurate enough for Real Estate application and/or Design Coordination purposes, but should not be used as a substitute for a licensed survey.  Feel free to reach out if you would like to discuss further with us.
